CHAPTER 4 – The Wedding That Became a Beginning

CHAPTER 4 – The Wedding That Became a Beginning

Six months later...

Amy stood inside a much smaller room.

No crystal chandeliers.

No extravagant flowers.

No orchestra.

Just close family.

Aunt Rose smiled from the front row.

"You look happier today."

Amy laughed.

"I am."

The betrayal had hurt.

But it had also saved her from building a lifetime on a lie.

She had started her own event-planning business, helping couples create honest celebrations instead of perfect-looking ones.

One afternoon, while organizing a charity fundraiser, she met Daniel, a widowed architect volunteering for the event.

He didn't fall in love with her because she looked beautiful in a wedding dress.

He fell in love with the woman who had found the strength to walk away from betrayal with dignity.

Years later, someone asked Amy if she regretted opening the door to Room 237.

She smiled.

"Not for a second."

"That room didn't destroy my future."

"It rescued me from the wrong one."

Sometimes the worst day of your life isn't the end of your story.

Sometimes...

May you like

it's the first honest chapter.

The End.
