Marcus waited alone.

Marcus looked up.
"What else?"
The investigator opened the file.
"Ms. Rossi visited the hospital three times this month without authorization."
"She repeatedly requested information about Mrs. Thorne's appointments."
"There are also messages recovered from her phone."
Marcus took the documents.
One message made his blood run cold.
