Mrs. Eleanor smiled as children played in the gardens.

The former maid, now leading the foundation, greeted every visitor with the same kindness she had shown on that unforgettable night.

One afternoon, she asked the billionaire,

"Why did you trust me so quickly?"

He looked toward the old wooden cane displayed inside a glass case.

"My father once told me that money can build a mansion..."

"...but only kindness can build a home."
