At 7:00 a.m., the Board of Directors assembled.
Julian entered confidently.
Then he noticed something strange.
Every board member already had a thick folder in front of them.
Only his seat was empty.
The chairman spoke first.
"We've received documentation from Mrs. Vance."
Julian smiled.
"My wife is emotional."
The chairman calmly slid a document across the table.
