Millions of dollars that had been diverted were recovered and redirected to scholarships, hospitals, and housing initiatives.

Claire accepted a new position—not as a maid, but as Director of Household Operations, overseeing the staff she had once worked beside.

On her first day, Emma walked through the front hall holding Alessandro's hand.

"Is everybody nice here now?" she asked.

Alessandro smiled.

"They have to be."

Emma nodded thoughtfully.

"Good."

Outside, the rain had finally stopped.

Sunlight spilled across the mansion's stone steps, washing away the last traces of the storm.

Sometimes history changes because of a powerful speech.
