The Ashbourne Museum hosted its annual Children's Heritage Day.
This time, admission was free for every child.
Artists, teachers, and historians filled the galleries with hands-on activities.
Near the entrance stood a bronze plaque that read:
"Every child who enters this museum belongs here."
Visitors often stopped to read it.

Sophie did.
Now nine years old, she welcomed younger children with a warm smile.
