All eyes turned.

A young woman stood between the lawyer and the collapsed heiress.

Simple white shirt.

No jewelry.

No guards.

No title anyone recognized.

Just calm.

The lawyer frowned.

“And who exactly are you supposed to be?”

A few guests laughed under their breath.

“This is a royal inheritance matter,” he continued sharply. “Step aside.”

But she didn’t move.

Instead, she looked down at the trembling woman on the floor.

Her voice softened.

“You don’t have to sign anything.”

The heiress’s eyes lifted slowly.

Confused.

Hopeful.

Terrified to believe it.

The lawyer scoffed.

“Security—remove her.”

But no one moved yet.

Because something about her presence didn’t match her appearance.

It felt… absolute.

She turned back to him.
