Noah, however, did not have to testify.
The judge accepted the medical evidence, recordings, and witness statements without requiring the young child to relive his experience in court.

Noah's arm healed completely.
One afternoon, Daniel and Noah visited Evelyn at the children's hospital where she had returned to nursing.
