The numbers didn't make sense.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars labeled as:

Children's education.

Medical care.

Private tutors.

Nutrition specialists.

None of it matched what he had just seen.

Another folder caught his attention.

Luxury jewelry.

Designer handbags.

International vacations.

Everything had been charged to household accounts intended for family expenses.

His phone rang.

It was his longtime financial controller.

"Alejandro?"

"I need you to come to the house."
